Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a booking, guests must provide valid payment information and pay any required deposits or fees as specified during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received in accordance with our policies.
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which is provided at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments made.
 

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Adhere to all house rules & policies provided upon check-in.

• Maintain the property in good condition and notify us of any damages or issues promptly.

• Respect the privacy and comfort of the owners and their neighbours.
   

Prohibited Activities

Guests are prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal activities on the property.

• Smoking or vaping inside the premises.

• Bringing pets on to the property.

• Exceeding the agreed-upon number of occupants.
   

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarsgreen Bed & Breakfast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay or use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of personal belongings, personal injury, or travel delays.
